I’m a former educator of tiny humans. Current educator of big humans.
Though I’m not in the classroom anymore, I choose to educate through my writing!
I’m passionate about holistic health and well-being. I love to explore the powerful connection between the mind, body and our environment, and how achieving balance in life can lead us into a coherent state.
Coherence reminds us of the interconnectedness of our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being – along with our connection to others and the world around us.
Mindfulness is at the heart of this deep connection.
These days, Iโve been teaming up with conscious, holistic, and educational businesses. Together we work to amplify their impact and messaging by crafting engaging and emotionally-compelling copy that inspires the audience to take action.
